Why does the View All Transactions page load to a strange date?

For your convenience, the View All Transactions page loads to show your most recent transactions by default. If your page is loading to a date range that you don't expect, take a second look at the transactions that are displayed when the page loads. You have most likely issued an attendance charge for an incorrect date. You can correct this problem using the family and date information displayed on this page to locate the check in record that generated the mistaken charge. When you correct the check in record, the corresponding transaction will also be adjusted, and the View All Transactions page will return to loading as expected.
