How Do I Change An Email Address?

Families can update their own email address by logging into the family site and selecting Update My Info. After updating their email address, they will use the new email address to login to the system.

If a user no longer has access to their email address, and they have forgotten their password, you can change their email address through the following steps:

  1. Select Users>View All Users from the menu
  2. Locate the user in the grid
    • You can use the search tools at the top of the page to find a user by email, phone, first name, or last name
    • You can use the page controls at the bottom of the grid to navigate through the list of users
  3. When you have located the user, click the green button in the View/Edit column to the right of the grid.
  4. This will open a pop up window showing you the selected user's information. Enter the new email address into the Email field.
    • Make sure and verify the user's identity using the security question and answer listed in the pop up window
  5. Click the Update button to save the new email address
Once you have updated their email address, they will automatically receive an email containing a new password that will allow them to login to the family site. After logging in, this new password can be changed by selecting Update My Info from the menu.
