How Do I Reset A Password?

To reset a password:

  1. Select Users>View All Users from the menu
  2. Locate the user in the grid
    • You can use the search tools at the top of the page to find a user by email, phone, first name, or last name
    • You can use the page controls at the bottom of the grid to navigate through the list of users
  3. When you have located the user, click the green button in the Reset Password column to the right of the grid.
  4. This will open a pop up window showing you the selected user's information. Click the button labeled Reset Password to automatically generate a new password and have it emailed to the user. The new password will be sent to the email address listed on this pop up window.

Families can change the new password after they login by selecting the Update My Info after logging into the Family Manager.
