Child Not Served: My Child Did Not Get An Ordered Lunch
If your child is told that his/her name is not on the school's  Lunch Reports, and you believe you submitted an order, here is what you should do.
1) Access your account and select the VIEW ORDERS option.
2) Look up your order for the day in question to see if the system shows an order was submitted. (You will see what was recorded into your account.)
3) If you do not see an order recorded for that day, then there is no order in the system. 
4) If you do see an order recorded, then your school's lunch coordinators need to review their Lunch Reports.
