Payments: I Can Not Submit A Payment

If you submitted a payment and the payment was not accepted, you should see a Payment Failed notice. If that notice indicates the reason for the failed payment (such as incorrect card number, incorrect routing number -- or some other reason), then you can  resubmit the payment using the correct numbers.
